"Was looking for some property to develop and came across their listing for a 6.2 acre piece described as "Dream Property"; "Sportsman's Paradise"; "Elk,deer,salmon, steelhead & more! ". Was touted as "cleared and ready". Property is immediately adjacent to and behind a heavy equipment/construction yard (I think, could have been a junk yard) and OR-42. Then I noticed another one on OR-42 S. Not really a difference as it too was bordering a junk field/business. Honesty in the listing would have saved me an hour drive to look at it."
