"I lived at Waverly Square Apt. for 6 years. When I first moved in the manager was great. but then she moved on and another one took over and as soon as that happened the complex took a nosedive. I watched it go from bad to worse. Car's that were stolen being dropped off and left. People in the complex without updated tags and Management had put out letters, but nothing was done in regard to that. Management just does not monitor the complex, so she has no idea what is going on."

"Management team isn't big enough to handle needs, neighbors are noisy (Though to be fair, the walls are relatively thin), no one follows the rules, and the nearby sports bar can be really noisy in the evenings. Otherwise this place isn't too bad. It has a great location, and you get a pretty large unit for what you pay. There are a ton of families living here though, which can be a plus or minus depending on who you are."

"It's a nice clean place to live but the management is not good. The people up stairs are really loud and I've asked them to be quiet, but the don't listen. So I went to management and they said that would do nothing. But the second I make a loud band moving shimmering I get reported and told to keep it down. Play it fair management!"
