"So far so good! It is a clean, quiet, pet-friendly community, and the rates are pretty fair. The apartment itself does not look outdated, and it is in overall good condition. Ashley has been very friendly and responsive, and they respond quickly to maintenance requests. The application process was a breeze, too. Overall, I recommend this place, especially for people interested in going to Linn-Benton CC, since it is right across the street."

"It was a great place to call home these last few years. I'm sad to have just left and I truly wish I could take the apartment manager, Katie, with as she has been the best apartment manager I've ever had! She has definitely made that place better with her cheerful presence and her hard work! If the company who owns this complex reads this please give her a raise and a promotion! I've never felt comfortable in an apartment complex but she definitely fixed that! Other than that the community itself is amazing, the apartments have all the amenities needed for comfort and plenty of storage as well! I will miss this place."

"I've had the pleasure of living at this complex two separate times, once when I was attending LBCC, and now again as a working professional. The first time I lived there it was a total breeze getting added to an existing lease. The second time I was signing a new one, and was still impressed by how streamlined the process was. Sure, there's a lot of rules, but it's managed by a company, so they have a lot of rules to protect themselves and their assets (the apartments that people live in and destroy without these rules). Anyways, even though there were a lot of rules that didn't apply to me, the lease signing was easy. The manager, Katie, took the time to explain what I needed to understand and answered every question I had for her. She was funny, yet professional, and kept our meeting moving forward with her enthusiasm. She made what is usually a tedious, arduous process into a fairly pleasant way to spend my afternoon. Every maintenance request has been completed in a very timely manner, sometimes the very same day. I've been in apartments that took them a week to come unclog a drain. Washer and dryer in unit is a major plus! Anyways, I'll wrap it up by saying that I really enjoy living here. It's one of the best complexes in Albany and I think that it's in large part due to the hard work of the management. Anyways, thanks a bunch!"

"I lived here for over 1.5 years while pursuing work up north. They were always responsive regarding any repairs or concerns I had during that time. When I found a position in Washington, Marion was so amazing and connected me with people who needed a place ASAP who could take over my lease. Because of his efforts, I was able to avoid a $1,200 break-lease fee. This was above and beyond! Thank you so much!!"
