"I rented a 2 bedroom with loft/1.5 bathroom unit for just under a year and a half. The bedrooms are good sized, the loft has extra space to make a "bedroom" or hangout space, and the upstairs bathroom is GREAT sized! The kitchen is on the smaller end, but it's functional. The noise from I-5 depending on where you are can be a bit much at first, but you will get used to it, and it's worth it with the HUGE yard space (I know this varies but ours was HUGE!). One of the most important and best things about these townhouses: I NEVER heard my neighbors and they NEVER heard us and we both had kids! The parking situation is ideal for one car but there is some parking on the culdesac and more out on the main street. The neighborhood is relatively safe, but unfortunately car break-ins are becoming more common so it's important to leave your car locked and valuables out. What's really nice is that most of the townhouses in the area are managed by JPM/Lexington at the Park, so if you were to have an issue with neighbors or needed to drop off a package that arrived for a previous tenant or something, it was super easy because management knew who they were/how to get ahold of them. There were a couple different managers during that short stay covering the property but all were nice and easy to work with. The online system to pay rent and submit a maintenance request was super easy to use. During the move out process, giving notice was simple and hassle-free, and they were extremely reasonable with my security deposit deductions. I don't know if they allow you to hire your own carpet cleaning company at move out but I guarantee you couldn't find a reputable company cheaper than what charged for the unit I was in. I simply dropped the keys off at the office on the weekend, let them know, and went about to my new life! For new people moving in, take photos and make sure to document on the move-in inspection form (and return it to them!), follow the move-out checklist, and everything will go smoothly! I attached a picture of my giant yard to show how the potential some of these units have and a picture of the BEAUTIFUL sunrise! Anyways, thank you JPM/Lexington at the park for a great year and a half! :-)"

"I have no problems with management or maintenance workers. They take care of landscaping around the front of the properties. Any problems with our rental gets taken care of once we put in a work order. There was a new manager when we moved in 2yrs ago so maybe the former renters had a problem with that manager that’s why there’s a new one? So no complaints from this happy home renter."

"We love living here. Management is very responsive and respectful. We have had no issues. We have been here two years and are just about to sign a new lease and are more than happy to do so. The property was previously managed by another company that was extremely unorganized and even lost our lease agreement and had to call us in the middle of the night begging for our copy. Since JPM has taken over and landlord, Jessica, started managing the neighboorhood it has been nothing but smooth sailing. The cost for rent is very competitive and reasonable for this area. We also love having the good sized yard. Yes you do experience noise from the freeway but it is something you get used to."
