"This office served my parents for many years. They were very happy with the service from this office. Dan and Richard are both responsive and were more than helpful to my parents, and to me. However, over a year after my Dad's passing, I am STILL receiving postcards trying to renew his medical policy. I have presented a death certificate in person, called, written notes, returned postcards and cannot seem to get the administrative staff to understand he is gone. Please stop."
