"No one answers the phone. No one returns calls. I live 50 miles away. I need a referral ASAP, but there's no way to contact anyone unless I drive there! I still need the referral, but I'm now looking for a different clinic. Hopefully one that actually has someone who will answer the phone or follow through with voice mail!"

"I wanted to give some love to the staff! Laura is very direct and to the point. I am a fan! Barbara and Chloe were very pleasant and extremely talented. I have noticed a lot of changes lately, but the smiles are back."

"I would not even take my dog here... If you like good old redneck racism and stereotyping through religion this is the place for you. I had kidney stones for over 4 years with no pain relief and had been at the clinic for over 6 months while I was passing kidney stones. And then there was the surgery I had on my nose. All which were very very painful.... Nope I'm better off going to the medical board with these guys Good luck... I guess when you're internally bleeding because of kidney stones it ain't no big deal neither is the pain... The hospital recommended that I go to the medical board that's how bad. And this is how they treat their veterans people who stood up for their freedom to be able to work appropriately but not here."

"Best multi-medical services around. Great doctors and exceptional support staff. Lab and pharmacy on-site as well as mental health support and many other services. I love CCHC more than I did NBMC and I was really happy with them until they couldn't keep a doctor at my location."

"If I could give a zero star rating for the customer service I would! As soon as I opened the door the receptionist behind the counter began pointing at me and yelling "mask, mask, mask". She disrupted the entire waiting room and created an extremely embarrassing and dramatic scene. I'm not against wearing masks, never have been, and always respect the rules, but simply didn't know that there were mask mandates for medical offices. The receptionist yelling "MASK" continued pointing at me and yelling while doing a swirling motion with her finger. I politely asked her where I could locate a mask so as to solve this problem. She didn't seem to understand my question and continued pointing, swirling her finger in a clockwise motion and yelling "Mask" from behind the counter. I continued to politely ask if she could articulate where the masks were instead of yelling at me. This apparently set her off as someone else told me where the masks were. Problem solved. After that entire dramatic event unfolded another one opened, by the same receptionist. The receptionist who was yelling and refused to articulate where a mask could be found also mistakenly gave me the wrong appointment date. A scheduled date that both my wife and I confirmed on speaker phone the previous day. Unfortunately the receptionist didn't seem to care about the mistake she had made, and she certainly didn't care about the impact it had on me. It almost appeared that she enjoyed the fact that I'd have to come back the following day as she shrugged her shoulder and said, "have a nice day". She offered no apology or attempt at reconciling anything. Coast Community Health Center gets an F for customer service and that doesn't surprise me one bit especially when you read the other reviews of their customer service. Unfortunately this is the only option in town unless I want to drive 35 minutes to Coos Bay, which I'm now seriously considering. SOLUTION: 1. Next time someone walks in without a mask, simply say "sir, would you mind putting a mask on, they're required in health offices and there's one right behind you on the left hand side, thank you." 2. When you incorrectly schedule a patient for a visit, simply tell the client that you apologize for the inconvenience and that you're really sorry about the screwup. Be polite, admit fault and apologize. As the owner of a business that deals with people on daily basis, I can tell you you, it makes a huge difference. Don't just shrug your shoulders as if you don't care and say, "have a nice day see you tomorrow." Bottom line: Treat the customers with respect, not like farm animals. You're an adult, act like one. I'm sure that's part of the job description. The owners of Coast Community Health probably be embarrassed to know what took place today."
