"Honestly we have had five different managers since we moved in a year ago, most have mixed feelings about this property. We know, we pay our rent and stuff gets fixed when needed. We are not speaking for anyone else. But know. It's cheap compared to other apartments. You get what you pay for. We are blessed with what we have and they leave us alone as long as we pay rent and abide by the rules. Maintenance man is awesome, and to us that's what counts. Dog and pet friendly. Pay your rent abide by the rules and bam you live somewhere where they leave you alone. No mold, no bugs, no rats. Done deal."
