"Every person in this office is amazing! Heather at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful, Dr Shafiq is the best. She is knowledgeable and also has a great personality that is comforting and was upfront and honest about what will work and won’t work for me. Kim helped me so much with fitting for my glasses and suggested a second pair for just my office work that has exactly the lens I was needing and had never heard of. She even repaired and fitted my current pair which made it so much better. I can’t stress enough that if you need an eye Dr this team is the best and will be your place!!!"
"My daughter had her first appointment, she chose 5 stars for her review and said that her favorite part was the first part where Dr. Knecht had me sit down and then focused directly on connecting with her. It made her laugh and feel less nervous. He was good at connecting in between each new part of the exam, and was kind when she got wriggly and had a hard time focusing. The front staff went above and beyond helping us figure out if we had insurance, and then gave us great advice on most affordable options."
