"The Patrician Apartments are located between Beaverton and Hillsboro. access to bus lines and the Willow Creek Max Station. With each apartment, there are windows, name-brand appliances, spacious floor plans, and private decks or patios. There is a seasonal heated pool, clubhouse with fireplace and full kitchen, and 2 laundry facilities on site.  So be prepared to take your laundry to the laundry mat instead of having a washer and dryer if you're used to it."

"Aaron and Tiffany are truly the best. Any issues that come up they are quick to fix it. Pretty close to everything you’d ever need. Biggest issue I’ve had is explaining the address to people because they always think I added a zero by accident. But other then that it’s a great place to live. Been here about 4 years with very very few complaints."

"My family and I have been residents here for almost 3 years. It was rough after we lost some really good mangers. Then we got great mangers again. Tiffany & Aaron are doing an amazing job with the place. Rats are gone, druggies are 90% gone. The Place is looking better every day. The only thing I would highly recommend is installing security cameras around the property and some dog waste receptacles. The main reason for this request is because of the multiple vandalisms,break-ins on residents vehicles and lazy pet owners."

"I have rented since April 1 2018 and originally it was a lackluster experience, However, in Sep/Oct there was a management change and its a completely different experience. Tiffany, the current manager is responsive, courteous, professional, and timely in her responses. Grounds are being cleaned up and managed better and many of the "questionable" residents are no longer present. I look forward to the continued improvement."
