"So as you can notice nobody has left a review in a month things have completely gone downhill here at Woodburn villas starting with firing Olivia which is the lady in the reviews who went above and beyond to help people and for her community at the apartments. Now we have Sandra as a manger who is completely unfriendly along with her partner and could care less about the residents at Woodburn villas along with firing the only maintenance man who did anything and was phenomenal and now we have Patrick who is the only maintenance man for the whole complex and now nothing gets taken care of and he likes to talk down to his tenants thinking he is above everyone else. The apartment allows homeless to dig through our giant dumpster in front of the office and we are also supposed to have amenities open 24/7 and now it’s only open during office hours because of a situation the management didn’t get under control before it got out of hand. There is so much more I could say but I will leave it at that and let you all think for yourself if this is a place you would want you or even your family to be."
"My partner and i had the chance to tour a couple of units with Celia. She was very helpful and professional. Answered all the question we had for her regarding the unit and the complex all around. Everyone we came across was really friendly and engaging."
"The office employees Olivia and Sandra are incredibly friendly and helpful! Olivia went above and beyond working along side case managers from Church at the Park Family Shelter to help families that are experiencing homelessness with the application process for an apartment unit. Thank you for all your hard work Olivia! Your community is very lucky to have you! Thank you Sandra for your willingness to help when needed!"
"Olivia has provided my partner and I with amazing customer service from the moment we came to tour apartment to us preparing to move in. We asked she communicated with us throughout the process and she did just that (even on weekends) we truly appreciate her hard work and transparency during this process, she definitely made it an easy move. We look forward to our new home knowing we will have great management."
