"Dear Kyle, I just wanted to tell you know that your staff are truly amazing, kind and lovely. Dillon and Bradley are some of the best maintenance guys I have ever worked with. Dillon is a great supervisor and Bradley is a very skilled technician. They work great together! They are quick with responses and take care of any maintenance questions or issues promptly. Marissa, in the leasing office, is absolutely lovely and sweet. She is also very prompt in responding to any issues or concerns I may have. Overall, my experience living here at The Quarry is 5 stars! I know I made the right decision moving here. I hope to be a resident and part of your community for a long time! "Very Smooth move in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kyle & Marissa are always there to help. Building is pretty new. Great amenities. I got a good deal also compared to other apartments. Highly recommend this place!"

"I've been living in this apartment for three weeks now, and I'm pleased to share that the management, especially Kyle and Marissa, has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is impressively quick and responsive, and the overall environment is wonderfully quiet. However, I do have one concern to address. The parking lot of the building, while relatively new, appears to lack a clear policy for motorcycle parking."

"Being a military family means having to move quickly when orders are given and we found this apartment building and qualified.we had to move here in 3 months so I did have to constantly call and ask questions. At the time, the management was not helpful at all but one person became a saint to us, Marissa. If anyone needs answers or an advocate, Marissa is the one to talk to. Since then, we have lived here 5 months and there has been a whole new management that came in but thank God Marissa stood! So far everyone has been helpful and kind. The apartments are really beautiful, it just requires someone humble to see that. Not everyone is perfect, there are days were the management deserves to be given extra grace for when they fall short. We love being here and look forward to renewing our lease. We also love the gym so much, it has everything we need to do our workout routines."

"I’ve lived here for almost two years now and I haven’t had a lot of issues. The amenities and layout/design of the whole place honestly is what set it apart from other places I had checked out in this area and was at a reasonable cost, which was a huge plus. Beautiful, very clean and modern design — specifically what I was looking for. Also a safe area to live! The staff that I’ve interacted with have also been really kind and helpful. I came in on a Saturday recently because I had lost my key fob and the person managing the office that day ( I wish I remembered her name) was so nice and willing to help! With that being said, I knocked off a star because of parking. Street parking is not so good here. There are different apartment buildings across the street and I’ve noticed them utilizing our buildings parking spots all the time which I feel like is a little unfair, but what can you do. The Quarry does offer secure garage parking which is actually a great option if it fits your budget but unfortunately not in my budget at the moment. My rent also did go up quite a bit after my first year living here but I was able to make it work. Overall, I’d say I’ve enjoyed living here and hoping to live here for another few years!"
