"These town homes are nice, spacious, great community, and conveniently located near stores mall and restaurants. The staff is friendly maintenance crew is on point Luis and Elgan are beasts my washer went out they had it up in running with a brand new machine in less than a week. Also gave me a key to a vacant unit to wash my clothes while waiting on new machine to arrive. Yes there may be minor issue here and there but nothing is perfect. I read the reviews here most are over exaggerating! Been living here for 3-4 years now no complaints."
"Been living here for the past two years and couldn't love the townhomes and neighborhood more. Today I had a maintenance issue and they sent over Luis right away to correct the issues. Luis was extremely polite, professional and all around easy to talk to. As a woman its always nerve racking letting people, let alone unknown men into my home but Luis put me at ease with his easy going attitude and efficiency."
"Palladia Apartments is a great area to live within a nice neighborhood. It's walking distance from the Kaiser Permanente hospital and the Streets of Tanasbourne Strip mall, as well as the Evergreen Park. Nice looking town houses ($1500-$2900+). Nice place to raise a family within a good school district."
"So far it has been a good experience. Moving in with was a simple process. Apartment had new appliances and floor plans have an efficient use of space. There was an issue with the carpet but it was taken care of with the help from Amanda(leasing agent) and Susana (property manager). Maintenance is always doing improvements around the property and they are also very helpful and don’t hesitate to promptly respond to service request. Neighbors are also respectful of others and property. We love the location and the great property management by Susana. I definitely recommend any prospective tenants to ask for Amanda, she has been friendly and responsive to all of our requests."
