"My partner and I absolutely love it here! Very quiet, cozy and a convenient location, we have everything we need and then some. Colleen the property manager is so sweet and helpful when we ask questions or request maintenance, it's usually taken care of in a jiffy! Highly recommend renting a spot here, definitely worth checking it out "

"I was helping a friend move furniture, I was parked in visitor parking no other cars around. I was smoking by my car, the manager came stomping out screamed “you can’t smoke here get off my property” - I started to apologize and walk towards the side walk. She yelled over me - “GO!” Several times pointed at the road. Like I was a 5 year old or a stray cat. I didn’t know it was a no smoking complex, i had no problem walking outside the complex. I have literally never been treated like that. It was the rudest, most disrespectful way she could have handled that. Blown away that someone would talk to another human being like that."

"You know this is my second time living here in the last two years and it’s a nice place. They are a little older apartments, but pretty well built and the grounds are always maintained. It’s quiet and there aren’t any speed bumps (huge plus if you ask me) and everyone is always so kind. Management is always happy to see you. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors often, but that’s to be expected in an apartment."
