"My wife and I called and talked to the leasing agent a couple days ago before planning on driving out about an hour for a tour of the 2 bedroom townhouse to lease. I asked her to sign us up for an appointment while on the phone with her. She insisted to do online appointment instead, which I did. Before we left, I emailed and left several messages to the phone number they provided me in the email to confirm the appointment and reach out to the leasing agent that was 'suppose' to meet and show us the apartment... NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! And when we got there... THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED AND LEASING AGENT NO SHOWED!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!"

"We rented a 3bed/2bath without touring in-person as we were moving from out of state. While the apartment management was very helpful and we easily qualified, once we arrived we instantly regretted the choice. Our apartment faced HWY 99 which is very busy and you will hear it constantly... All day and all night. It was atrocious. We had a few maintenance requests which took weeks to get addressed but maintenance was great once they got there. There is no guest parking because spots are used by extra resident vehicles. Be prepared for guests to walk half a mile near the dog park to get parking. We paid on time, all year and then 90 days before or lease was up (state law), we got notice that they were increasing our rent by almost $400 (18% increase) per month if we signed a new lease, or over $1k (46% increase) a month if we didn't. They are exempt from rent increase caps. We noticed many apartments being listed for rent because we weren't the only ones who received this wild increase. They post the apartments for exorbitant amounts and then as the move in date gets close, drops the price so keep that in mind. Irony being they weren't successful renting the units out by the time we moved out and they dropped the price to less than what we were paying! Bizarre and beware these shady business practices."

"I really loved the unit and how much space there is. The kitchen and bathroom have very nice finishes and the high ceilings make it feel that much bigger. The mini parks and swimming pool with the complex get togethers really tie the place together. The staff here are amazing. One particular gentleman, Logan, was extremely helpful and kind. The grounds are very well kept and extremely clean. Thank you!"

"Me and my family have been here since May. We really love the unit and how much space there is. The kitchen and bathroom have very nice finishes and the high ceilings make it feel that much bigger. I like that this complex is very quiet and allows me to get a good nights sleep. The parking space is generous and easy to park our van in. It’s really nice also to have a parking spot right in front of our door. The mini parks and swimming pool with the complex get togethers really tie the place together and I have made a lot of great friends here. I haven’t been to the work-out room yet but with the New Year approaching, I’m sure it will become a new daily place for me to burn of the Christmas pecan pies. The staff here are amazing and I always want to say hello and chat with. Any questions or issues and they handle or answer it quickly and very friendly. The grounds are very well kept and extremely clean. We are so glad to have the opportunity to live here and look forward to many years to come. Thank you!"
