"I’ve only been here about four months and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is outstanding! I toured all the elevator buildings in the area and this was my first choice. Brittany and her team create a culture in this building I was looking for. They are always friendly and available to answer a question and they do it with a smile. Travis and his team keep the building spotless and beautiful. I’m planning on staying a long time!"

"I've managed Ether & Stone, a yoga studio located on the first floor of Platform 14, for over 6 years now, and I just want to pop on here and say that it is such an honor to be a part of this Platform 14 community. Everyone at the main office is always so pleasant, supportive, and patient. Travis is in charge of maintenance, and I probably run in to him the most. I definitely sense that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and our Platform 14 area is always so clean and well taken care of. Travis is genuine and often asks about my business. "Lived in this apartment for over 2 years. The property manager and staff are amazing. They have social gatherings for all the residents. They are thoughtful and give cards on occasions like birthdays. I was working during the peak of Covid and they gave me a thank you card. The area is very nice with lots of places to dine just outside of the apartment. Orenco Train Station is just 2 blocks away. It's so convenient."
