"Good apartments for the price. Not the best area and it has had its problems over the past couple years, BUT THE NEW MANAGER is absolutely turning things around. We struggled for years with the laundry room in our building staying locked up and managed after hours. Within a month of the new manager there was an electronic passcode lock fixing so many issues easily. In the past month or so there has been so much more maintenance and workers around doing necessary upkeep it seems like. Seems like Christa is doing everything she can to turn this place around."

"I am a finish carpenter by trade and overheard a maintanence phone call with the property manager while applying. These people have it on lock down. I am very impressed. I take it all back. Wheras the maintanence guys are locked on the management that was kind and effective left for her own safety. I accidentaly parked in the wrong spot and was blocked in by another tennant. There was a visitor spot open directly next to my blocked vehicle alond with 5 orther visitor spots open when I was blocked in intentionally. When I approached the new management with facts and concerns I was accused of violating my lease and the tennant that blocked me in was rewarded with a new parking spot. I then went above the managers head and contacted the property management with my concern on the issue and they told me they would not tow his vehicle because I was violating my lease by being in his spot. If you want to live in a place that has 3 and 4 generations of loud noisy agressive tennants that pretend not to speak English, come hither. Otherwise I'd reccomend you stay away. Both the manager and her manager ignored facts and did not validate my concern for the safety and peace of those of us who do live here and abide by the rules. I called with concern for the managers safety with a concern for her safety for challenging a drunk at 4:30 am and when I was ignored I raised my voice in anger for being misstreated ignored and threatened with lease violation erronously. That I am completely guilty and justified in. Do your jobs and we wont be.... ANGRY! After being ignored by both the managements I called non emergency police and Hillsboro police Department said and I quote, "this is a dangerous place and if your truly concerned for safety contact your VA social worker and move. So that is what I am doing. Sincerly US Marine Veteran"
