"If you like been yelled at in person or over the phone for children playing with sidewalk chalk, but have you're children singled out because the manager just doesn't like your kids but lets other off. Targets low income families for eviction just to raise the rent from $750 to $1100 dollars illegally. Owner is worth millions and son is former soap opera star but just lets apartment mold and fall apart, put in new windows but the has air gaps all aroundf that never get fixed. Leaky door that leaks from a tree falling on apt and they never fix leak, just bend broken gutter so less water gets in the wall. Don't live here and if you have hit me up on fb if you can find me and join my lawsuit."
"These places are slum now. Apartments are not maintained. If you ask for repairs, you are evicted. Landlady is nice until you rent then turns cruel. Evictions all the time of elderly and vulnerable. Owner worth $70 million yet won't maintain apartments. Keep raising rents. Evict people so can raise rent. Look at online pix and how they look now. Very deteriorated. Don't care about tenants."
