"I canceled my service before it started as my current provider gave me a better deal. I had already paid upfront with liberty to start in a few days so asked for a refund they said in 3 to 5 business days. They held it for 15 days and said it was due to using a check when I called back later instead of a card. I explained their site only gives the option for check the card option is grayed out. So nice they keep my money for service not rendered and penalized me for their payment method.i would never recommend them."
