"My husband and I were gifted a trip for our honeymoon, per an auction donation made by this agency. When we booked the trip, everything fine; the service was decent. About 3 weeks prior to our trip, our agent emailed us and told us to take note of any flight changes. Our flights had been changed a full day ahead of when we were supposed to arrive initially (without our consent) but unknown to us, we also had no place to stay for the night we arrived, as our agent “didn’t notice” there was discrepancy in the dates. When we called to clarify our itinerary, we were told we would be responsible for the extra night and any extra hotel/resort costs, despite it being THEIR MISTAKE. During the whole exchange, we were met with a horrible attitude from everyone we talked to, including the owner, and we had to wait for 6 hours before we got any definitive answers. We had to rebook our flights to times where we ended up losing over 8 hours at our destination, and had to pay an additional amount to sit together on the flights. During our trip there, we had multiple issues including delays and cancellations with flights, and attempted to call the agency for advice, knowing that there isn’t much they could do but might be able to give us some direction. We were again met with hostility, and were sarcastically asked “So what are you going to do about it?” in response to our questions. They said they would keep in touch with the our transportation to the resort, but when we called the transportation agency right before our flight to check, we find out they hadn’t been notified of any changes at all. To make a long story short, we absolutely do not recommend this agency. The customer service was appalling, and they are not only unwilling to take responsibility for any mistakes they make, but will treat you poorly when you ask about them. We definitely recommend looking into a different business when booking your trip."
