"Very disappointing experience, clearly a novice could have done a better trip planning. Agent was supposed to book a four night trip to Disneyland, yet they could not find all the information for our trip when we arrived at Disneyland. Booked us off site and the hotel did not live up to the expectations that we were told. Would recommend taking the time to plan your own trip since it is extremely cheaper to do so. TripAdvisor same trip with onsite hotel would be 1,000 dollars cheaper. Would give no star if possible. Highly suspect 5 star rating to be done by staff or family member."
