"We've rented from Sea-Nik twice and had a wonderful experience both times. We had a problem with a smoke alarm chirping on the first night, and when I contacted them the next morning they sent over a repair person immediately--no more problems. Instructions were clear and totally reasonable (someone should tell the other reviewer that stripping the beds and starting the laundry is standard practice in vacation rentals). Houses were both well equipped and exactly as advertised, perhaps even better. They respond quickly to inquiries and provide a personal touch that you can't get with a larger agency. I will 100% continue to rent vacation homes from them."
