"We stayed at One Hundred Thousand Welcomes in Waldport for our second Christmas. What an amazing home. This is perfect for our family. The view is amazing and just a short walk to the beach. Our pups loved running on the beach. The weather was perfect. It was mid 50's every day. We would recommend this home to everyone."

"The house we rented in Yachats was in a great location. The house has comfortable furniture and a nice washer and dryer. On the negative side some of the cookwear should be thrown out, the refrigerator is loud and makes a loud thunk when it turns off. We were glad that the kitchen faucet did not fall apart when we were there. Our main problem is that when we arrived at the check in time the house had not been cleaned. We finally got into the house three hours later. While the property manager said that he would “make it up to us” we never heard from him again."

"OMG! I can't say enough great things about this rental agency!! Katie in the office was so incredibly helpful (& patient) as I debated which property to rent comparing the pros & cons of each. And my selection, Big Stump did not disappoint! The view is amazing, access to beach close & manageable with my severely arthritic knees. What really impressed me was the level of service. I had an issue getting the BBQ to start, & the microwave was a bit wonky & a couple of other minor issues. And with one call to the office, they had their handyman Mike out within a couple of hours. He was so helpful, working thru the issues. Other agencies I've used haven't been anywhere as caring or responsive. Ocean Odyssey has totally over delivered & impressed me by replacing the BBQ & microwave. I highly recommend OO & will be back again."

"I had rented a cute house through VRBO that is managed by Ocean Odyssey. I unfortunately had a death happen in my family the night before my trip and I decided to not leave town. I contacted Ocean Odyssey and let them know I would not be making my reservation and they were extremely kind and compassionate to my situation.
