"Just returned from a stay at #128 Ocean Annie and it was everything we wanted. The house itself was clean and adorable, and the views just outside the front windows were amazing. The beach is literally steps away and this has to be one of the cleanest, nicest beaches I've stayed on. We liked it so much we asked to extend our stay and the folks at Kiwanda were quick and accommodating! Thank you!"

"Rented 3 houses including baileys place. Overall everything was spotless, but I think they have cameras because they started cleaning the minute we left before we even notified them that we were gone. I would definitely rent 1/3 of the houses we got again!!! They saved us a ton of money by booking direct rather than airbnb.. They keep every location well organized and supplied! The cheapest house at #33335 was not built to code and had dangerous steps out front. None of the houses had safety rails in the bathtubs/showers. I hope they fix the stairs leading out of that house because 3 of us tripped a few times. Also, they have to get 3 permits to excavate the sand wall that builds 5 times a year out front. So if you rent ocean front you only get partial view because there is a giant wall of sand blocking your view. Careful when you book... I definitely recommend paying by check because I saved a lot of money versus paying with credit/debit. Baileys place main TV only streams, no cable and doesn't turn on so that was a huge bummer. Plus their main light doesn't work/a couple other lights. BUT STILL Baileys place was the most beautiful house I've ever been in!"

"We’ve stayed at 2 different Kiwanda Properties so far, the 3rd coming up in a couple weeks! This is my first time booking it, because the other 2 times we’ve gone with family. I called the office this morning to confirm a couple things and holy cow, what a great experience! I spoke with Craig and he was awesome. Looking forward to going back in a couple weeks."

"We had a great time at this location. We spent Thanksgiving here. We brought the whole meal with us which went smoothly with the large kitchen and refrigerator space. The only downside was that the double ovens were actually quite small and our roasting pan for the turkey did not fit. Thankfully there was a roasting pan provided in the pantry that our turkey just barely fit in. It all worked out though and our meal was great! It was so nice to sit at the dining table during meals and watch the waves roll in. The beach was just a short walk out the door. Very quiet and nice people all around. The house was very roomy. Plenty of room for our group to move around and spread out. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of bedding for everyone. One thing I would change is the bottom floor bathroom with a bathtub has doors that are hard to manage and are awkward to get around when trying to bathe a toddler. Other than that it was great, and our family had an amazing time! We plan to be back!"
