"I went there on a Wednesday (with appointment) with a fever. They did all the testing. Went back on Sunday as a walk in because I had what appears to be a major sinus infection. I had fluid coming out of my left ear could hear. Major yellow and green phlegm coming out of my nose and lungs. There was no one waiting. After telling them my history she said, “I’m sorry we have no more appointments for today.” This is not health care. And definitely not urgent care. I guess I’ll make an appointment and let the bacteria continue to eat my sinuses and ear away. No big deal."

"The worst urgent care ever. I had 11:30 appointment so I went up the lady and said i had 11:30 and she said the provider are running behind. They should let people know when check in. Never coming back again"

"I was able to be seen quickly and received information and treatment from the medical staff. The male medical professional I saw seemed a little uncomfortable discussing dfab bodies which was more humorous than harmful and his assistants were very helpful and less...euphemistic. The lobby is perhaps obnoxiously religious in it's musical choices and I kinda just wish it was nice and quiet in there since it seems alienating but that's by no means a crime or something that will prevent me from continuing to seek care here."

"Overall experience was fine but dang the girl checking me in was the slowest most aggravating person I've had to deal with....watched 3 people get checked in with the other front desk clerk before she even finished with me then after I sat down...thinking I was done she still had more information she needed from me. I mean I know we're having a shortage of employees these days but at least hire competent people for medical staff."

"This is the only Adventist urgent care in Portland. So anyone needing to be seen MUST come here. The people that answer the phone are rude, do not listen when voicing concerns about poor client service, cut you off when voicing concerns even when you are not just repeating yourself or being verbally upset. But again people do not have another choice for urgent care. It's very stressful, upsetting, and not in clients best interests. They ask that clients make an appointment one to two days out depending on the type of issue needing to be addressed. Otherwise they tell clients they are booked and clients cannot be seen unless they have a time slot available. That isn't urgent care if clients have to book appointments. Seems the ER at the main hospital would be the only other choice. It is my experience that people have urgent issues but not necessary issues to go to the ER. Plus if the person that someone has a concern to report and ask other staff to help identify the person in question because a name wasn't able to be obtained is a joke. They just stonewall the client when they ask for assistance identifying the staff that was the issue. The only reason it even gets a star is because the caregivers in the back of the house that treat clients are great and do a wonderful job. But everything before getting there is horrible."
