"This place is shady as hell. My primary care is at their tigard location but I have a nurse practitioner and I needed a doctor's signature for insurance approval for some shoes. So because there is no doctor on staff at the tigard location they sent it to this location for the doctor to sign it. I called the first day and was told that they would try and get it to the doctor and get it faxed over and that I could call Monday to find out if it has been done. So I was frustrated but waited till Monday and when I called I was told there was no provider on staff today so I would have to wait until tomorrow. I am getting very discouraged by this point. So I called today and they didn't even ask my name or date of birth and they said we don't see any forms to sign and redirected me to tigard. So I called tigard of.coursr they can't figure it out either so I call this location again and I was pretty upset. This time I called and gave them my date of birth and name they found the form and said it had been signed and faxed yesterday. Which was a relief but I was told there was no doctor working yesterday. This place needs to be checked into they should not be in charge of someone's medical and life saving priorities"

"First of all, they looked closed with no lights on. I almost didn't even to in. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I came in, the nurse was aggressive, and the doctor was totally useless. He dismissed me entirely and told me to take his diagnosis or leave. He told me it was a cold. The ER confirmed my suspicion that it was bacterial pneumonia. Do not go here. A waste of $300 (and that'd with in network insurance)."

"This place is a scam. I went in for urgent care. Was seen for 5 minutes and even though they take my insurance, they want $183 for a 5 minute visit. I would not recommend going here unless you want to pay way too much for what you get."

"the service was nice and everyone was polite but the doctor was very inexperienced and i think unintentionally condescending. For example they had no idea that testicular pain and lower back pain are related due to inflammation near common nerves, something even a laymen should know and a doctor should be intimately familiar with. When i told him they are related he literally looked shocked and explained to me the location of my lower back and testicals as if i was completely unaware. He then spent about 5 minutes searching for sighns of STDs afterwords i was prescribed muscle relaxers and given no referral because "i want to see you for further long term care" Not that its the most expensive bill but seeing an inexperienced doctor that I have to give a basic lesson in nervw pain to is not worth paying $280. Medicine in this country if you can call it that has become an absolute scam."

"Front staff and nurses/assistants were very kind and helpful, however the professional who I saw in the exam room, Dr. Shea, couldn’t contain her outright disdain for me just being there. She was very annoyed at my lack of knowledge, and audibly sighed and rubbed her head in frustration and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The knowledge I did express was met with condescension and again, blatant annoyance. This is why I have such a hard time with getting care in the medical field, doctors like this who obviously hate their job and make you feel like an idiot just for trying to figure out important things in your life. Will find somewhere else to go if I need immediate medical attention next time."
