"Dr. Taxman is sincere, hard working, and consistent—I feel listened to and like he actually cares. Been seeing him for 6 years. Loved it when they had the clinic in the EcoTrust building, but the new space is nice, too. Healthcare is bonkers in this country. This group is a bright spot for me."

"Denied crisis care! Went in for primary Care and mental health treatment. Did my research and made sure they were accepting new clients. They were. I actually have a friend that goes there. Summer Massina RN blatantly lied to my face and my husband's after she had not realized the nurse had just told us that they had openings. So I went ahead and filed a report with Oregon department of human services for failure to provide basic care. Which is illegal by the way."

"If you want a primary care doctor you can actually build a rapport with, I would not advise that you go to Pearl Health Center. The physician turnover is extremely high. Expect to have to switch doctors every one to two years if you go there. Calling the reception desk is also very hit or miss. Sometimes they're rude, sometimes they're nice. Dont expect your phone calls to be returned by the reception desk in a timely manner, either. Doctors always called back within a few days when I had questions, but I had left a message with the reception desk that took an entire month for me to hear back about."

"This clinic has failed me. At first the care was good, the doctors are great, very kind and helpful and really helped me meet my goals. However, for some unknown reason my provider decided I needed to see them again before they would renew my prescription. I've been taking these prescriptions for years, they're working for me and have made my life liveable, there's no reason I should have to check in before having them prescribed again. I was not made aware of the need for an appointment until I was out of medication. Of course, at this point they're booked out until a month from now. I've been on the phone with them every day for a week. No one has called me back and nothing has been done to help me. I'm now dealing with insomnia without any medication, and I'M BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED. This is absolutely unacceptable and I'm going to have to switch to another clinic. I'm so angry and I feel powerless. This clinic is playing games with my mental health."
