"Very unprofessional. They never answer their phones. They don’t answer any of your questions. They just do their own thing instead of actually doing their job they’re getting paid to do. My daughter has been waiting MONTHS for her glasses and they NEVER sent her prescription off. NEVER GO HERE!!! Terrible!"

"Carmen is the worst. She can’t send an email or a fax to save her life. Wasted so much of my time. When I went to pick up glasses at 440 (they close at 5) they were already closed. Refused to answer calls. Did not call back when message left. Currently in the next week in person again and found note pictured. Carmen is the most incompetent person I’ve ever had to deal with. How she’s working front desk only god knows."

"Awful experience I was told I had to wait to pick out my daughter's glasses after her appointment ,I was fine with that I set a appointment a few weeks out. At that appointment they only let my daughter pick one pair when she has double insurance we have to see another appointment to pick a second pair. My questions weren't answered in a timely matter I got the run around. I was quated the wrong price as well .my daughter's glasses have finally arrived and the appointment is a week and a half out and that's only for pick up of the one pair we still have to schedule a appointment for the second pair awful stress"

"We have always had a good experience here. Keep in mind optometry students who are in their final year are on rotation so a little patience is in order. They do a thorough job which is a lot more than you would find in your regular box store optometry location. If you are covered under OHP expect your glasses to take about 4 weeks once ordered. All in all I would highly recommend them and their friendly caring service."

"DO NOT GET YOUR GLASSES HERE!!! I went here to order my son's eye glass perscription on 3-9-16. I was told that my son would get his glasses in one week. By (almost) two weeks (which was a Monday), I called and left a voicemail (because no one ever answers the phone in that department!). Finally, I get a call back, only for them to say it had been 9 business days and they normally take 7-10. The lady then said she would call me when they came in. I called back Friday, when I still had not received a call from their office and it was now business day number 13. I left a message, once again. No call back, what so ever. My phone call was completely ignored! So, with it now being the 16th business day and I have still heard not a word one from Pacific University Eye Clinic, I decide to go in to the clinic personally. I did not feel that I would get a reply via phone. I just left the clinic only to be told that they still don't know when they will be here and that I need to wait at least another week!!! No real explanation whatsoever! This is ridiculous. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone!"
