"There is zero communication from office to client. This used to be a really great facility. The last 2 years our family has had nothing but problems. Trying to use the warranty to get a lense replacement has been the biggest head ache of my life. It is unfortunate because the actual eye docotor him self is wonderful. The office staff is so unorganized its rediculous. I do not reccomend this business to anyone."

My insurance doesn’t cover the extra test it but it’s well worth the $25! I also appreciate how Dr. Palm shows me the image of my eye and takes the time to discuss the health of my eyes."
