"Made a Doctors appointment for 3:30 on 22nd the last day before there closed for Christmas because I hurt my hip on the 12th and the pain wasn't going away. They called me at 8 on the 22nd saying they were short staffed and could I come in at 10 which doesn't work for my work schedule with 2 hrs notice ... First of all if your short staffed your gonna be just as short staffed at 10 as you are at 3:30. Theres only ever 1 doctor obviously theres still 1 doctor if they were trying to see if I could change to 10. They just wanted to start there christmas break early. I think Dr. Herscher is a great doctor but due to his staff I will not be going back."

"So rude. I went in for lab work. I walked up so I didn't see the signs saying that you had to call the lab first and wait in the parking lot not the office. A nurse came out and told me off for being there. RAN ME OFF. I couldn't see the sign form the direction I was coming from. I want an apology. I'm not going to get one but I am also never going back there."

"The staff is always friendly and professional, i always feel welcomed. However, i have some issues with Dr. Herscher himself. My last visit, i had him look at a spot on my arm that had opened and was painful. There is a hard mass in there, and he said that i would need to come back in a week to get it biopsied. Well, i waited a week and went back, and he took one 3 second look at the spot, and slapped Neosporin and a bandaid on it and prescribed me an antibiotic because it "was infected". This is a spot that I've had for nearly 10 years and only just recently started acting up. I went in specifically for a biopsy and left with nothing more than a bandaid and a prescription i didn't need. He is the type of doctor who is quick to prescribe something before doing any work himself, it seems. Its great for when i know i need something specific (my Adderall prescription for ADHD, and anti depressants) but as soon as I needed some real work done he failed to come through. I will be going elsewhere to get my spot biopsied, because it genuinely worries me how it's been acting."

"Almost got my mom killed. My dad took her in because she was running a temperature and they diagnosed her with a fever. My dad's a med tech and suggested what she had might be sepsis, Dr. Herscher overlooked this and just looked down her throat and prescribed her tamiflu. Couple days later she has to go to the hospital because of SEPSIS (what my dad initially suggested) she passed out and had to be pumped full of antibiotics nearly dying. Obviously this guy and his staff are just going through the motions not caring or listening to there clients at all. I wouldn't wish this sort of thing to happen to anyone else. She has cancer by the way and was doing real well on her treatment until this happened. Pretty much ruined everything. Please don't go to this guy, go to the ER or another clinic instead. They don't care."
