"They cancelled my son’s appointment because we are 15 minutes late.. I called them that I will be few minutes late due to slick roads and my car has to thaw but they said I have to reschedule. I pleaded that please dont cancel because we are on our way. But still they didnt consider the weather and the situation. I have been waiting for my eyeglasses that has been a month delayed . I waited for a month and still didnt come. Per client service it is supposed to come this week but due to storm it might not come. Their glasses can be delayed due to storm but they don't consider patients being late due to bad weather."

"Dr. Adams and every person that we interacted with both doing our intake and at the front desk or absolutely phenomenal and I am a very difficult person to please. They were absolutely incredible with my four-year-old and made her feel comfortable and safe. They made her first eye exam a breeze and I absolutely appreciate how they showed her respect, kindness, and consideration. They were very thorough with their exam and put my mind at ease with all of my mom questions."
"Very very good eye exam. I loved my eye doctor. In other words the lady that was supposed to help me find my glasses or help me at all did nothing. No excitement when it came to looking. I got handed a box to put glasses in and let alone looking not sure about where to look or what I was looking at. And when I went and said I don't know she said that's fine and said let's measure the distance between my eyes, handed me a paper with my perception on it and said here is your contacts. Didn't explain anything to me and sent me on my way."
