"For the most part, the staff and doctors have been great. I am, however, frustrated with their lack of coordination and urgency. I submitted paperwork I told them needed to be filled out by today. They have had the paperwork since Monday of last week, and still have not gotten it signed by the doctor. I called at 4:50, after realizing that I had not heard back from them, and immediately got their voicemail (which is useless, because both times I’ve left a message, they never called back). At this point, I’m feeling like my only option is to be a Karen to get this done, as my ability to pay my bills relies on this (and I did explain and stress this to the CSR I spoke with this morning)."

"The office may be busy and hectic because they are the only walk in ENT around, but the staff is great, everyone is really nice and welcoming. If you are going here for hearing aids you’ve found the right place. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This is the best experience I’ve had with learning about hearing loss and aids. This means a lot coming from someone who tends to be skeptical of medical professionals. Thank you!"

"First I need to say I never, EVER leave negative reviews. But since this was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had, I felt I must. I simply agree with most of the negative reviews listed below. After scheduling an initial consult about sinus issues, I arrived and was amazed to find no seats in the waiting room in Corvallis and waited well past my scheduled time. Once in, Dr Robertson agreed I needed surgery, and it was scheduled a couple months later. A day before surgery, I was told it was cancelled due to lack of insurance approval. I contacted my Ins and was told the ENT applied for prior approval ON THE SURGERY DATE! Also, once Ins got the application, they denied approval due to lack of sufficient documentation. I had to deal directly with my insurance to provide documentation and get approval (which should have been done by MVENT). On the morning of surgery, I was told by Dr Robertson that the debrider instrument had not arrived from Corvallis clinic to Albany clinic, so surgery had to be done “the old fashion way”. My post-op appointment with Dr Gambrell was 3 hrs (!!) overdue. The overall results were inadequate and breathing obstruction remains, so I opted to get a second opinion from an ENT in Salem. A second surgery at Modern Nose Clinic (fantastic) was highly successful. I don’t want this to be personal because Drs and staff were generally friendly. But the patient load seems way too high and rushed, and the staff made too many mistakes as a result. I could only get an answer from their phone line very infrequently, and their patient portal has no way to message drs directly. Given that this is the only ENT in the region, I highly recommend looking into Salem or Eugene."

"Office staff, MA and doctor were nice to me. I just felt a little rushed and the doctor was quick to refer us to a pediatric specialist. It was for my 4 month old. The website says pediatric. I feel like if advertise pediatrics but don't work with someone this young then don't waste me time by making me come in be seen for 5 minutes just to leave with because you don't work with someone this young. My insurance doesn't require referrals so I could have just found someone else on my own. And he didn't truly give me a chance to discuss anything. He shoved the popsicle stick so far back in my sons mouth he turned really red, wasn't breathing, and then gagged and chocked when the doctor pulled it out. It was very upsetting. Just annoyed. I waited a month for this appointment and now have to wait even longer to find out what's wrong with my son."

"Doctors seemed ok but I never did met the surgeon prior to the date of surgery. I arrived at the hospital on the date of surgery and was told it was cancelled. Paperwork had not been submitted although I had been told one month earlier that it was approved. I was never notified by the scheduler prior to the surgery day of the issue. I tried to reschedule surgery and left messages but the call wasn't returned. There is a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Quite a busy and rushed office. Phones are not always answered up to the 5 pm close time. I felt that the suggestion of needing a tonsillectomy was too rapid and other options should have been mentioned (like gargling to reduce the size of the tonsil stone. Surgery is radical. I moved on to another facility. I started following the advice of my own research to reduce the size of the stone. It's now minimal. My new ENT says people live with these for years as long as they are not causing pain."
