"I had a fairly shocking experience with this provider after nearly 2 years of not having any issues. My previous dr had prescribed me a psychiatric med, which needs to be taken daily. Lapsing on this medication causes quite significant discomfort, emotional instability… huge impact on daily life. Last week I realize I’m low, and out of refills. I call the pharmacy and they put in a request. By Monday I’m out of my medication I’ve heard nothing and call again. They say they have not heard anything from the office. I call the office, they say they have not heard from the pharmacy. This goes back and forth with me calling the pharmacy, calling the office. Now, the folks at total health tell me they don’t even have my pharmacy on file. The pharmacy they’ve been sending my medication to for over a year. So where have they been sending this? Finally, I’m able to get on the phone with someone other than a front desk employee, an actual nurse, who tells me the reason they did not fill my prescription is because I need a med check appointment. So, instead of ever trying to contact me and inform me that I’d need an appointment to refill my medication, they seem to have just decided to stop filling it. The nurse did tell me, now Wednesday night, that they’d send in this months script but before I get another I’ll need to get an appointment. Whatever, fine, just send it in. I just need my meds. But no, the pharmacy still has not heard anything from my doctor or the office. They work, until they don’t, apparently."

"I really wanted to like this place since I live close by. At my first visit, staff were friendly and, despite a long wait, I met my PCP and had blood work done. Based on results, the doctor ordered that I start a prescription. Three weeks later they have yet to call the prescription into the pharmacy. I’ve called multiple times and when the front desk answers, they acknowledge that they can see the doctor’s orders to call in the prescription, but say that the office in charge of doing so is busy. They say that all they can do is leave another message and they’ll get to it when they can. Ive never heard of such a thing. Three weeks and multiple calls and I’m still waiting…luckily I’m heathy and don’t feel desperate to start the meds. But I assume the doctor ordered that I take them for a reason. In any case, based on my experience, I will not recommend this office to friends or family."

"I was at The West Salem clinic for many years. Dr. Patrick Nan Noy put me with Dr.Brianna at this locale when he moved out of state. I couldn't be happier! She made sure I had my labs done before she'd refill my medications (could tell she cared because I was able to get away with not having one for a Long time) She made sure I had my women's check too. She's going to be moving back to West Salem and she'll be even closer to my home. This location is much warmer and welcoming. It seems as if everyone cares , they are sincere. I don't mind driving the extra mile to see everybody there!"

"This place has given us the run around for our routine prescriptions month after month, they are unwilling or unable to do the basic bare minimum of figuring out prescriptions on time or in a timely manner. They have shown that they have zero interest in taking any initiative to facilitate their patient's needs beyond what they absolutely have to. Patients wait in the lobby for unnecessary amount of times just to be awarded with below par quality service. This office is horrible and not worth your time unless the only service you need is a yearly physical and even then I wouldn't trust them with it. God forbid people need regular access to prescriptins"
