"My daughter had an extensive procedure with them at 1:15 today. At 1pm they text to let her know they had closed the office due to illness. Stating her earliest chance for another appointment was February. Or they could send out a referral. Either way it will be months out. She had waited over three months for this appointment to begin with. She is in pain, and so ready to get her issues fixed. No wonder they already have such low reviews."
"They thought we had OHP- we don't.. I had Pacific Source at the time when we went in, but it wasn't OHP. They receptionist didn't believe me, I literally had to show her my work badge from Polk County where I worked - I told her this insurance was through my work! Then she told me he couldn't be seen without an interpreter... welp, lucky for us I AM HIS INTERPRETER! They didn't want me back there with him but hello?? I am a certified interpreter since 2020. Honestly, they might be racist. The dentist was so kind and humble, but his front desk staff was horrible. Never went back again."
"Is there an option for negative stars? I don’t give out bad reviews, but seriously, don’t waste your time here like I did. You won’t hear back, you’ll get rescheduled 100+ times, especially on the day of your appointment after you already asked for time off at work. They just don’t care. Go elsewhere. Everyone deserves better care than what these folks can offer."
