"I had an appointment at 6:00 p.m. for my dog to get looked over nothing major. As I'm walking in the door they call me and tell me they have to cancel. I've heard they have a habit of doing this I would not recommend bringing your pet here because they're just going to cancel on you."

They had already requested and received her records from the vet near Seattle. She received great care and I appreciate the extra mile they went."

"They claim to be taking on new clients. I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks ago with a dog limping. 2 days before my appointment, they call to tell me that they cannot see me because the doctor they scheduled me with is retiring and they can't transfer my dog to another doctor after this one leaves the clinic. I've now wasted time waiting for my appointment to now be referred to an emergency clinic because they don't recommend her waiting any longer. I'm spending more out of my pocket to go to an emergency clinic. Absolutely ridiculous. Want you pet actually cared for, it's not here."

"Always able to accommodate any breed and energy that walk through the door. Very welcoming, kind, and calm would describe the staff of this clinic. I have taken numerous pups here, and each one is treated with love and respect. The scheduling is fairly quick and listens to all concerns, with mostly reporting back within the hour. I definitely suggest these guys. From birth till they have to fly to the skies, this clinic is the one you can trust."
