"I’ve never had a bad experience at emurgent care and the staff is wonderful and the provider is the best I have had when going and getting seen there. There’s nothing wrong with the rooms it’s just how the space and the building were built and I like the changes they are making and it looks a lot cleaner and much nicer then the first time I went there when it was under old management. Love the new management and all the staff they are all super professional and nice and more then willing to do everything they can to take care of their patients."

"Extremely unprofessional. Toxic work environment and it took forever. Staff lacked listening skills and were not very helpful. Seen below is a response to my review above that I received in a personal email: “Hi Olivia, I just saw your review for Emurgent Care. I'm the supervisor here. I'm sorry you feel that way. Is there anything I can do to help? Toxic? What is your definition of toxic, as I did not hear anything toxic going on in the clinic? Also, you were provided legitimate care, I'm not sure what it is that you were unhappy about. You were given multiple prescriptions, medications and taken care of appropriately. You were very rude from the moment you walked in, but the staff and provider spent extra time helping you. Please let me know and be specific in what it is that they were toxic about and what they did not listen to, so I can address that appropriately with my staff. Thank you.” -After submitting my review, the healthcare provider also cancelled my proscription to RiteAid where the pharmacist was very confused and told me “he had never had problems in the system or experienced a hasty proscription cancellation before. -While in the office it was also clear to me that the staff violated several HIPPA violations, disclosing other patients medical results while still being within listening reach of other patients and myself."

"went there, it was set up really janky, didn’t look professional at all. you can hear them talking about other patients personal medical information in which is a HIPAA violation. there isn’t actual doors and rooms, it’s a hallway with curtains. the staff treat each other poorly in front of patients and it’s comical how unprofessional it truly is."

"Terrible experience. Support staff were very kind but my treatment by the provider was very curt, condescending, and unprofessional. Provider didn’t even fully assess me and mansplained my symptoms to me despite my medical knowledge. Condescending in tone and basically called me a liar while asking me about my symptoms. Visit ended when I was told I was free to go: no paperwork or recommendations for me to take home and I had to ask for results of my testing before I left. I will travel to another urgent care who accepts my insurance in the future."

"First time visit, not sure what to expect, very impressed! Every staff member was kind, friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I had an unexpected medical issue and didn't want an ER visit, or to wait the days it would take to see my regular doctor. Expedited paperwork got me in right away, an RX was immediately filled at the pharmacy after I was evaluated. A couple days later they followed up with the lab and ordered me a stronger antibiotic based on those results. Definitely will be going there again if necessary in the future."
