"Reception is God awful. If I knew I could get paid hourly to intimidate people and make them feel dumb, I would've done it a long time ago. Hope they start properly training them to be customer service oriented, and hope they don't bill my insurance for "missing" the appointment when we arrived TEN MINUTES early. Which is what the letter we got in the mail said to do. After filling out all of the paperwork, taking time off work AND driving 45 minutes to be seen, we were refused service. Not by the actual people who do the work, just the very "nice" lady at the front desk. Was just told "you were told MULTIPLE TIMES to arrive 30 minutes early. We got one reminder call morning of which was missed due to another appointment. By the way, height and weight don't take 30 minutes. What a joke."

"I would give this clinic a 0 if I could. Ever since Salem Health bought them out it's a joke to get anything done. They sit on information for days without notifying anyone. If the patient doesn't stay on them for information, they would likely never hear anything from them. Terrible customer service and terrible business practices."

"First time visit. arrived early, got checked in and taken back to a room before my appointment time. Dr and staff where pleasant, answered all my questions and blood sampling was done in house. A good first experience"

"I’ve been a patient ( physical every fall) at the Salem Health Dallas clinic aka Flaming Medical Clinic for 14 years. I truly feel compassion for those who need immediate relief but if your interested in long term health in my opinion the staff and physicians here are your best option for getting to where you want to be. Everything health wise is an investment in your future so getting and maintaining a relationship with a provider is key. These folks have helped me to a healthy and happy 63 so I’m quite pleased."

"In my opinion, this medical center lacks any kind of customer service. My partner went in to simply renew a medication that his old doctor had already prescribed. He had been on this medication for seven years and the doctor who saw him refused to prescribe it because he wanted my partner to make another appointment so they could get more money. I would definitely recommend going to a different doctors office."
