"It's been 2 months, 2 exams, and 2 incorrect eye prescriptions later and I still don't have correct prescription contacts and glasses from them. I've been wearing contacts and glasses for 24 years and I have never in my life had an incorrect eye prescription, but with them I've had 2. We are on attempt #3 now, which is reverting back to my original prescription I came in with. The entire situation has been stressful, frustrating and disappointing. They even tried to tell me on the 2nd incorrect try that "well it's only .25 difference." I did not come in to get glasses or contacts that are .25 away from being correct; I came in for glasses and contacts that ARE correct!!! Additionally, different members of their staff have provided me with conflicting return policy information. UPDATE: so far the 3rd attempt with my contacts is going well. Just waiting for the glasses to come in so I can try those too. Seems returning to my old prescription was the right choice. I'll update again once there is a final resolution. Second update: If I could give negative stars, I would. So, the contacts and one pair of glasses work when we switched to old prescription. However, the second pair of glasses are still just not right. The vision is atleast correct (after 3 tries), but they don't fit my face right, they are always crooked and hurt my ears, and they are poorly made. I took them to another eye place to be adjusted, and they told me that these were badly made, so it's not just me saying that. So here I am 5 months and 3 tries later and still it's not correct. I've considered reporting them to the consumer bureau. It's been traumatizing. I'm afraid to go back again to ask them to fix them or refund them, because I just keep getting no resolution."

"The doctor is a funny guy, however he doesn't handle his front staff very well. Candy the receptionist had a very unprofessional attitude, the doctor has overpriced contact lenses and only prefers daily disposable, the digital eye scanner that isn't covered by most insurances is also pushed on you for a $50 fee that they only relay to you after the exam, the shop closed early last Friday after I had called to pick up my lenses which left me a weekend without contacts, for these reasons we were forced to find a new eye doctor. My conclusions I feel are objective and hope that this review inspires improvement."

"Great first experience! The office staff was very helpful and scheduled an appointment promptly. The doctor was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. Plus, they didn't have to dilate my eyes because they have a fancy retinal scanning tool. Brining eye health to a new level!"

Dr. Parker is friendly as well and thoroughly discusses any eye problem you might be facing and his approach to treating it.
