"I actually give this clinic NO stars. I have worked in many roles in health care for over 20 years, and I could not recommend a place that runs in the capacity that this location runs. You get no feed back on results (EVEN when you reach out). There obviously is no flow or communication with in office. I have left message after message with no response. This is where my elderly parents go, and you best be sure I will find them somewhere else. I am appalled at the lack of patient care and follow up the medical staff does in this location. My father is very low medical maintenance and he had a critical need and this clinic failed him."

"Dr Lyon’s took over as “boss” over seeing all of the Lincoln County clinics several months ago and is on a crusade to get rid of all patients on long term pain management or who take any type of stimulant medication for instance those who take stimulants for ADD/ADHD and narcolepsy. He doesn’t care why they take the pain medication or the stimulants, he just doesn’t believe people should be given those types of medication’s because they’re “too dangerous” and doesn’t believe they help patients after they’ve been on any of those medication’s for more than a short period of time. Dr. Lyons is ignorant and has believed all the ignorant hype about these types of medication’s being part of the “drug epidemic,”. He has been lying to patients and stopped providing their pain medications without notice and does not write in the case notes that he has taken away or seriously reduced a patients medication, in fact, he states in the case notes that he will “continue pain medication” even when he has reduced or stopped prescribing the medications! He does not offer the patience any opportunity to argue their case, he does not offer alternatives to the pain medication and refuses to provide them with the referral to a specialist so they can continue to seek treatment. Dr Lyon’s does not even provide them with medication‘s to ease their withdrawls. In my case, he cut my medication by 2/3 and added a prescription for Narcan, even though he told me, he would continue prescribing the medication until after the review board reviewed my case, and made a decision. He never even mentioned prescribing Narcan, luckily, I knew what it was, but he never even told me he was going to write a prescription for that drug, that is used when someone overdoses. Hard to overdose on your medication when you have taken 2/3 of the medication away from the patient! Another physician in his office told me that I was not the first patient to be given Narcan rather than my pain medication, and if those patients received though instructed either, and they use the Narcan thinking it was a new type of pain medication, and then they became very ill, and in a lot of pain, because the North Kent stops their medication from working and makes them very sick. How does Dr Lyon’s expect patients to overdose with no medication? Or does he expect that these patients will be forced to obtain illegal drugs where they then could potentially overdose? Either way Dr. Lyons is a bad physician and the complaints against him are piling up, but since he’s the boss, they’re gonna go nowhere. He has lied to some patients, telling them that he will “continue their pain medication, but he has to bring the patient’s case before a review board“ and that could change, but the clinic does NOT have a “review board” at all, he just LIED. Another physician told patients that there is no “review board” that Dr. Lyons is only “hoping” to get one started, but that is not what he has been telling patients nor what he is writing in their case notes. It’s been several months now and there is still no review board and he is leaving patients to suffer and cutting off their opioid and stimulant medications without telling them the truth, without offering patients alternatives, without giving them referrals to specialist and without providing medications to ease their withdrawals from the medication's he has significantly reduced or completely cut a patient off from. * read other reviews regarding the Waldport clinic, Dr Lyon’s and the other Lincoln County clinics and you will discover, as I did, that other patients have also complained in the reviews regarding this same issue! Because I was the boss Dr. Lyons is taking away all opioids, and has also stated he intends on taking away stimulant medication’s."

"3 providers in 3 years so they can't keep dr's. It's a revolving door. The newest one has never met me and won't give me my meds. The same meds that i have taken for pain management for years. THE WORST!! If I could give a negative number, i would. Called customer complaints and they left on vacation without fixing the problem that they said they would fix."

"Went to see Dr. Wrazen for my 8 month old son for a check up/ cold symptoms. Was asked to come in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork which only took me 3 minutes and had me wait in a room for over a half an hour. In total waited over 45 minutes. No one checked on us and ended up just leaving. I was told the reason why she was late it's because she was very thorough with her patients and would be with us too. But I have had pediatricians in the past that were very thorough and on time. Front desk and nurse we're very kind. So if you don't mind a long wait I'm sure it's a great place to go."

"I no longer recommend this clinic. I’ve lived in Waldport for 6 years and have gone thru 3 doctors. The doctors just don’t stay in Waldport. After Dr. Buzzard left, there were no doctors. I couldn’t get into the clinic for 6 weeks with a medical urgency. They rarely answer the phones. The clinic repeatedly fails at getting referrals processed….usually taking 3-4 weeks to process a referral even after 3 phone calls to them. I after several months of looking, I finally found a doctor to see us, and it’s not at this clinic. Avoid this clinic. You will not receive good service."
