"Nothing but professional, positive experiences since 2017. Excellent hygienists and long term staff. Dr Hartsell has guided us through crowns, a new front tooth, a filling and advised/referred on oral surgery. He's demonstrated care and knowledge at every step. The pricing is standard, lower than the big city we relocated from (we do not have dental insurance). We feel very fortunate to be in as regular patients and have not received anything but excellent care. View their full listing under Alsea Bay Dental."

"Dr William Hartsell and Alsea Bay Dental, will send a low income earner to collections and garnish wages for an over a 9+ year old deceptive bill. My uncle was told his insurance would cover the procedure and months after the procedure they said they actually will not cover the full amount and left him with a $5,000 bill. That is a lot of money for a a disabled person on Social Security. This sounds like a deceptive business practice and unethical at the least. They used a Quick Collect out of portland, The owner signs affidavits saying notice of small claims was mailed to file default judgments. We believe the affidavit is fraudulent as my uncle never received a mailed notice of small claims. This is a fraudulent business practice. I would not recommend a business that treats clients this way. This is a small town community and my uncle has lived here for over 30 years."
