"Absolutely love this place. I've seen several different doctors and students and it's been a great experience each time. They are so attentive to you, and listen to what you have to say. They take their time and you don't feel like you are being pushed out the door or one of many. I felt like they truly cared for my wellbeing and doing everything they could for me."

"I have been attending this clinic since I was pregnant in 2016. My baby is now 1 year young and just had her last visit to NUNM Lair Hill. I am extremely disappointed in our most recent visits. Not only did we have to wait almost an extra hour, but one of our students was clearly uninterested in our emotions or expressions. Her name is Jacqueline B. The other student, which I can't remember her name, was very supportive and loving. Overall, we waited longer than we actually had information shared with us. The information was not aligned with our values and the terrible student mentioned and the doctor, Dr. Waters, did not take the time to learn our values or our culture. I felt deprived in this clinical setting. This is not the only instance. I've had very unprofessional students, especially when dealing with a baby patient such as my daughter. The physical medicine department students are also mediocre. I do not plan on returning for Pediatrics or Physical Medicine."

"The doctors and student doctors really care about their patients, they have evening hours for those that have work or school during regular business hours, and the atmosphere is very nice. There's a garden right on the property, the desk clerks are nice, and the wait time is usually very short. Plus, free tea in the waiting area. It's also very affordable even without insurance. $35 a visit, I think, for returning patients. They also offer hydrotherapy and acupuncture, for $10-15 a session, I think."

"I had my initial consultation with Dr. Golani and I couldn't be happier with the all around service provided by her and her students. I felt very welcome and cared for. I also felt supported by everyone in a way I've never felt in a doctor's office before. I'm very excited to continue treatment at the NCNM clinic with Dr. Golani. There was a bit of a wait even though I had an appointment, but the atmosphere of the waiting area/the clinic overall made it a comfortable wait. I was also greeted with such happiness when I first entered as well as when I went back to the room that I didn't mind waiting. It also indicated to me that they're a great clinic because so many people go to them, making them busy. I highly recommend scoping out the location on your first few visits. It's a little difficult to get to (and confusing with so many buildings labeled NCNM) that my fiance and I got turned around which took us on roughly a 15 minute detour. Luckily we had left ourselves ample time to get to the appointment, but it's something I would watch out for in the future/be sure to let future patients know about. Overall, this is a great clinic. My fiance is now looking into treatment at NCNM as well because my visit was so great!"
