"I had such great success with Kelly at Therapydia for my tennis elbow 3 years ago, that when my shoulder started bothering me, I looked for Kelly and found her at the Progress Ridge Therapydia (she had moved from a different location, and she's so good...I had to follow her!) . My experience has been top notch. Kelly is the perfect PT for me...very knowledgeable, very calm, able to explain things in a way that are easy to understand. Sometimes my brain wants to catastrophize, and she assured me, in a very gentle way, that I would heal. I've been doing PT on my frozen shoulder for about 5 weeks now (moving out of the frozen and into the thawing phase) and have made HUGE improvements. On week 2, when there wasn't as much progress as hoped (by both of us), she tried a different approach and bingo! Now I can raise my arm up over my head again! The app they use to track your home PT exercises, PT Anywhere, is great. It shows you videos of each exercise so you can be sure you're doing them right. And you can opt into having text messages sent to track your progress (did you do your PT exercises yesterday Y/N?)...super easy. And when you log in, you can see your track record...both which days your did your home plan and your overall percentage. And it's no surprise that on weeks I followed my home PT plan were weeks that I saw the most progress. Lastly, the space is gorgeous. Tons of windows with nice views. The gym area has lots of space and more windows...so it's almost fun to be in there doing your exercises. Kristy at the front desk is really welcoming and makes scheduling a breeze. Highly, highly recommend this place."
