"My spouse and I made appointments for wellness visits. Knowing that you can get unexpected bills, we specifically checked with the intake receptionist that it was an annual visit and that it would be covered by our insurance, since we have an hdhp. They did not mention that it would be coded as a new patient visit, different than a wellness visit. If this was said upfront, we would have chosen a different facility. After the fact, they were not willing to work with us in correcting the coding. When we called billing, they said it was the doctor’s office responsibility, and when we called the doctor’s office, they stated we needed to call billing. Yes, we were new patients, but we can’t be expected to know the internal billing codes of the office and made the effort to try to avoid this situation ahead of time. We have not experienced this type of customer care at other offices in the past and will not be returning."

"Each time I have had to call the clinic, I have to wait 20+ minutes just to speak with a receptionist. I totally understand having to wait every now-and-then, but every single time is a bit frustrating."

"Hands down the worst clinic I’ve been to. I had a simple new prescription to be put in, and they sent it in incorrectly. I had to call numerous times, leave voicemails, and drive 30 minutes to the clinic to get the correct order in. Even then, they still did not send it over. Had to pay for two refills out of pocket now, and I have little hope of them fixing it. I’ve been a patient for two years now, and rarely have I had good experiences. Avoid at all costs."

"Only use this if you're desperate - long waits, unexpected cancellation of appointments, bait and switch billing practices. My appointment was abruptly cancelled and rescheduled TWICE. I just needed an annual check up so decided to try this place as it is local. BIGGEST HEALTHCARE MISTAKE EVER. When I finally got seen, I asked the doctor about some health concern. He made a note, billing decided it was no longer an annual check up (preventative which is 100% covered) and billed me $1,600+ out of pocket (Deductible)!! The free labs were now $800 for the usual annual check up blood tests. In 25 years I have never had this happen at any other medical practice. Spent over 30 hours calling and escalating up the chain (doctors, reception, billing, managers) only to be told nothing could be done, if I didn't pay they would send it to collections and tank our credit score so we took out a loan to pay it. Frankly, at this rate I can only WISH my appointment got cancelled, it would have been better than being bait and switched into paying $1600 for what was nothing more than an annual check up. AVOID at all costs if you don't have lots of money lying around."
