"Always like the idea of getting to the root cause of the injury and then fixing that specific if you can. Impact will let me know if my injury needs further assistance from surgeon's etc... but if stretching, and other non-invasive treatments will heal me, that's a good thing. Surgeries are never free, there's always a side-effect or residual. I'd receommend Impact for different injuries in the muscle-skeletal system. I prefer to start here to save time, but regardless, I like the idea of non-invasive treatment and attacking the root cause of the injury to heal it."
