"If I could give Doctor Thomas Gray 10 stars, I would! Doctor Gray is a doctor that deserves awards for his patient care. Every time I go to him, I feel heard, valued, respected and treated with humanity. I never feel like a burden, crazy, judged or rushed. Dr Gray has seen me through the worst health moments of my life and he’s always been there to problem solve and help. He exudes empathy for his patients. I also find it easier to take his advice and trust him because I have the feeling he cares for me as a human being. I tried to see other practitioners in his office and they were subpar compared to him. Dr. Gray was born to be a physician! I wish all health care professionals were like him. I travel from the other side of town to receive his care. I’d travel hours more to see him. Our healthcare system is so full of rotten players and burnt out professionals that it feels like heaven to find an amazing doctor like Dr Gray. I’m eternally grateful for Dr Thomas Gray! I’m so thankful for him! Please clone him!!!"

"This place is the worst. Not only has my wife been trying to contact these people for the last week but when she finally does get ahold of someone they have no idea what they are talking about and cannot answer her questions or find the person that can. How do these people work in the medical field when they don't even have common sense. On top of that I tried to call for my wife to get her questions answered and I sat on hold for 30+ minutes and went from #19 in line to talk to someone to #2 and the stupid machine skipped me somehow and put me at #21 all over again. I had to select the option to get a call back because I don't have my entire life to sit on the phone with a tumor/cancer causing device stuck to my head when all you ever get is a sorry at best from a stranger. Does nobody understand how valuable time is? So tired of talking to machines and being transferred to people that have no idea what they are talking about. The machines don't work. If companies have strategies that are not working they need to get rid of them. We need more jobs in this country but everywhere is so greedy nobody wants to hire more people to answer the phone so these businesses can stop wasting time out of people's lives that they will never get back. What happened to customer service...? It's a shame"

"My husband & myself have been patients at Mountain View Medical Center for several years now. We have both noticed that within the last few years, when they expanded their practice with extra patient rooms & more PA’s, that the efficiency of their clerical staff & patient care has taken a significant nose dive. We both are finding it necessary to care for ourselves, as best we can. Which at our age isn’t the best idea. I personally will be bailing out, in search of another medical office, that is more concentrated on my medical needs & not on the bottom line. I’m very disappointed!"
