"Dr Gwen Derk is outstanding. My 94 yo mom who is usually in great health woke up with a racing heart. The phone triage nurse said she should be seen within 4 hours. Dr Derk worked her into a busy schedule and we couldn't be happier with the quality of care. There are a lot of stresses in busy medical offices but finding a doctor who promptly and efficiently took care of mom and communicated so well with her and me is very gratifying. Thank you!"

"Very unorganized. Doctors don’t show up on the day of your appointment even after you’ve waited 2 months for an appointment. Prescription refills are continuously wrong. You never see same doctor or student doctor. Call with a question and never get a call back. Appointments are billed to insurance incorrectly so u end of paying out of pocket. Or, at least, they think u will pay. What a mess. We are done with this place."

"This office has the worse reputation for not answering the phone. I have been on hold every time I call regarding patient care and questions about prescription medications. I have arrived in person to have a message for Dr. Nahkley regarding my mother in law Alzhiemers medicine. I am frustrated with this situation. Answer the phones and talk to the patients. It's going on one week to get a prescription filled. Not able to communicate with the physician and poor front office reception."

"This clinic almost literally killed my spouse. The doctor who saw my spouse prescribed them a medication that negatively affected the kidneys and was suppose to help blood pressure. My spouse has a kidney disease. After prescribing the medication their appointment was suppose to be scheduled a month out but we got a call that they were moving it 2 months out. 1 month into the medication I had to take my spouse into the ER for severe abdominal pain. My spouses BP was over 250. I called their office and told them my spouse will no longer be seen here and took them out immediately. My spouse established care with a different office and the doctor of the different office Informed us that the medication that the doctor from this office prescribed caused my spouses kidneys to flare up which caused their BP to be Hypertensive emergent. Never again in my life will I take spouse back here. 0 stars if I could."
