"My son took his puppy there as he needed surgery. His balls never developed and developed towards his abdomen and was told they needed removed or it can cause cancer. So surgery happened and his puppy never had stitches but was glued together with tape and sent home with 3 different kinds of medication with no explanation on what they were, when or how to use them. About the 4th his puppy was bleeding so he took him to Portland to the ER vet. The vet could not believe how this vet here was in service. And abstract and needed surgery again and stitched closed. Do not take your pets to this vet!"
"These people are amazing! I have a cat with a tooth issue and attempted some antibiotics this weekend through virtual vet, and it was just not enough as his tooth was more painful overnight and he was shaking his head hissing and not eating today. I was panicking about cost and availability. They got me in immediately -(Thanks Britt) and the cost was under $100 which I was anticipating a huge surgery bill etc. A mile of gratitude for you all! Also the office is so cute! A little shop inside to purchase pet apparel, and it was cozy feeling. Very nice experience!"
