"No follow up at all after a sudden illness. I guess they don't actually care. No response to repeated requests for accommodations. Refusal to cooperate re actions that protect the at-risk from infection. Multiple falsifications in records and refusal to remove them. Promises made, then broken. And please don't tell me to call your office to discuss, as you do in every negative review here. We both already know you will refuse to fix any of it, as you always have refused to do the right thing."

"We had a wonderful experience here. My 3 yr old son scratched himself on a rusty bolt and needed a Tdap shot. We were seen right away on a Saturday (holiday weekend) afternoon, and the MA Scott was friendly and engaging with my son. The NP Kimberley was welcoming, friendly, and reassuring of the decision to give him the shot. I would definitely recommend the clinic. Thanks for the great care!"

"I can't begin to tell you about all of the problems I have had with Providence Seaside Clinic. First my Dr walked out of my appointment after 5 minutes because I asked question and she said, "I don't have time for this" Then I was given a Covid vaccine without receiving the information prior to being given the vaccine, then I was asked to sign the release form stating that they had given me the information before giving me the vaccine. Had I been given the information prior to the vaccine I would not have gotten a vaccine that was only 66% effective when there are other vaccines out there that are 96% and 98% effective. Then I was denied diabetic and blood pressure refills that I had, had been taking for no less than 5 years that the provider had previously refilled and now all of the sudden wouldn't without specifying a reason why. Then I was set up with a Therapist for anger, self worth, depression, abandonment and abuse issues and she didn't show up. Twice. Then she placed in my file that I maintained good eye contact during my appointment. The woman called me 35 minutes after my appointment time only after I had spent time calling the clinic and social workers trying to figure out why I was being ignored. The second appointment she never sent me a zoom link I started calling a half hour before my appointment trying to get some answers and here it is 2 days later and no one will tell me why she never showed up. I have called the clinic and social workers numerous times asking for someone to call me back with answers. I have been assured that Susan the clinic manager would call me back and I have waited since May. I have called and left several messages for her and still nothing. I have asked to speak to her supervisor, Jennifer, and nobody has a phone number for her nor can I be transferred to a phone . When connected to the phone number they had for her, I was connected to a past employee who no longer works there. 8/13/21 So I receive the message below to call, there is no phone number but I called the clinic and was told that Allynah was the person to talk to but they refused to transfer me to her, give me her phone number or an email address. They would just say that she would call me. That is what I have been told since January. Someone will call you and no one has called. I have done everything possible to resolve my issues in a civilized manner but Providence has done nothing but ignore my request and phone calls. When I asked to speak to a human I was hung up on and my call disconnected. 8/13/21 Finally got a call back from Allynah and nothing was resolved. She offered no help in fixing any of the issues I had and spent the last 10 minutes of the conversation complaining that she had other patients to help and she needed to end the call. Actually, the MyChart system had listed my appointment yesterday, where the Dr didn't show up, as I didn't show up, Allynah did fix that but refused to list it that the Therapist didn't show up."

"I can't believe all of the negative reviews, we had such an amazing experience. My husband had been in excruciating pain for weeks when we finally went to the ER. He was promptly given pain medications and made more comfortable while we waited for a surgeon. Although it took some time to finally see a doctor, the nurses were great helping to keep my husband comfortable. We went to surgery that day and the whole team was very kind and understanding. They communicated well to me what was going on, and most importantly, they saved my husband's life. His after-care with the other nurses was amazing too, each one took sincere interest in how he was feeling and managing his wound and pain levels, even though the hospital was quite busy. I would come back to this hospital in a heartbeat. Great people. Great medicine."
