"I bought a used turntable on Facebook marketplace that didn't work correctly - it kept skipping, and for the life of me I couldn't get it to stop. I talked to Tim and he invited me to bring it in and he would look at it. I did, and he spent about a half hour troubleshooting and narrowed it down to a tonearm bearing out of whack.
