"I only go to Regal for IMAX movies and as soon as any other theater in town has an IMAX screen, I'll avoid this one forever. This place has the most cramped seats of any theater I've ever been in. At a busy showing, one person having to use the restroom becomes a group choreography effort to let one person make it down the aisle. Also, the longest ad preshow of any theater in Eugene. 30 minutes of ads and 15 minutes of those aren't even movie trailers."

"Start time was 445pm. Half an hour of ads and then 2 coming attractions. 15.75 for small popcorn and a water. They have assigned seats as well. Everyone I interacted with was nice and respectful otherwise it would've been 2 stars"
