"Clean and comfortable. Friendly desk clerk. Very reasonable rates if booking online. My room was $47 for the night. Only heater working was the one in the bathroom."

"Advertised check in at 3 pm. Went to office but it was locked. An Employee inside motioned us to the side window in the driveway, in the cold January rain. The employee told us we could not come inside. I tried to check in but was told I could not because the owner was not present and would not be for at least 30 minutes. I needed a shower and to be at an appointment and could not wait for the owner to arrive so I canceled the reservation. (Not) Sweet Breeze charged a cancelation fee. Repeatedly contacted the Inn but they insisted on charging. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Additionally, the parking lot is small and large vehicles like SUV's will have difficulty in it. There are SEVERAL OTHER BETTER LOCATIONS within a couple blocks. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of them!"

"The employees where great. The cleanliness was ok. The neighbors where friendly and quiet. I had a reservation for Tuesday and a Wednesday. We got into town from LA at six in the morning. So we had to pay a full nights stay to check in early. I later found out that it's only a $20 fee for early check in. He charged us 50. Then on Thursday we where going to rent another night. At 10:50 am we where informed that we had to pack up and leave until three then we could rent out room again. Well I just spent three weeks in the hospital so that is alot of work I tried to apologize to him for not understanding that we had to rent it again before 11 am. He then said pack your things I'm calling the police. I proceed upstairs to pack up my room. The police did show up and they where very nice to me when they seen what was going on. The manager kept our $100 deposit even though I cleaned up the place and took the trash out before we left. He told the police officers that...no they did not pay a deposit with $100. He didn't lie. We payed the deposit with 20 s. So on top of the stress this man created for me, he also stole $100 from me and I lost out on two rentals I was here to look at but I had to throw all my food out cause the next hotel didn't have a fridge. The manager is a very bad bad man and I will be calling about him stealing my money"

"Seeing these reviews was enough for me to cancel my reservation and go to motel 6. Seems like the only people that have a good stay...are white. Every brown person has had money stolen, police called, kicked out, etc. I don't understand how it's in business still."

"I was not intending to get a hotel room during my visit, but the need arose. I did not have a lot to spend, so Sweet Breeze was a small miracle!! I would not recommend any other place!! It was clean and very peaceful! I was outside smoking at 2 am! I felt safe, comfortable, and very peaceful!! Rooms were clean, water was great, neighbors were friendly, staff was awesome. I've stayed in larger, more expensive places that were not this nice. Free ice, available drink machines! Do not consider anyone else!!!"
